We have a methodical approach to all aspects of design, installation and final commissioning thus giving the client exactly what they require. An initial on-site consultation will identify and clarify all issues for the client giving them peace of mind for the design and installation.
The process is briefly outlined below;
• Planning and design are the key aspects of any installation. Full system design is carried out and then the best solution is offered to the client.
• A full report covering all aspects of the installation is then delivered to the client for consultation.
• On acceptance of the report by our client Strata will then progress to arrange contract start and finish dates
• The cost for the contract will be quoted from the outset with no deviation or hidden extras.
• Once complete the installation will be signed off by the senior engineer and a full working manual will be passed onto the client.
• Strata will re-inspect the installation after 12 months to carry out any required adjustments
• An annual service package will then be offered to the client
